Do I need to replace my existing sensors?
No. Zeento.Cloud is sensor-agnostic and integrates with your existing equipment. We support Modbus, MQTT, ESP-NOW, WiFi, and custom protocols. Keep what works, add what you need.
What kind of support do you provide?
We provide onboarding support, training for your team, and ongoing technical assistance. EU-based customers benefit from local support during business hours. All customers have access to our knowledge base and support portal.

Guardrails are configurable rules that protect quality. They can suggest safer alternatives, require confirmation for risky actions, or block operations entirely. For example, attempting to store ethylene producers with ethylene-sensitive products can trigger a warning or block based on your policies.
What does early warning detect?
Early warning monitors for condition drift, spoilage risk, chill injury risk, compatibility conflicts, and recurring excursion patterns. Alerts are prioritized by commodity value, sensitivity, and time to damage—so you act on what matters most.
Can I customize alerts and thresholds?
Yes. While Zeento.Cloud comes with commodity-specific defaults based on industry standards, you can customize thresholds, escalation paths, and notification preferences to match your operational requirements.

Zeento.Cloud operates on EU-based infrastructure. Your data is stored in the European Union and never transferred outside without explicit consent. We are fully GDPR compliant.

Who can access my data?
